I've tried to write these in plain English instead of the usual legal fog machine, because nobody actually reads terms written like a ransom note, and I'd rather you actually understand what you're agreeing to.
WHO WE ARE
Brain-Gut Connection is an educational brand covering the science of the gut-brain axis — podcast, newsletter, and digital products — operated by Dave Brethauer. We are not a medical practice, and nothing here should be confused with one. More on that in a second.

Everything we publish — podcast episodes, newsletters, checklists, guides, email series — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider.
If you're dealing with a health condition, please talk to an actual doctor — someone with a medical degree, not just a good microphone. We explain mechanisms and share research. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything.
